A+ Lighting LLC ("A+ Lighting," "we," "us") operates apluslighting.net. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the phone numbers and forms on it.
Information you give us
When you request an estimate through the form on this site, we ask for your name and mobile number, and you may also give us your address, email, and details about your home. When you call us, we collect your phone number and, if you leave one, a voicemail. We use this information to respond to you, schedule and perform the work you ask for, send estimates and invoices, and follow up about your project.
Calls and text messages
Our phone lines use call tracking, provided by CallRail, so we know which advertising brought you to us. Calls may be recorded for quality and training. If you give us your mobile number, we may call or text you about your estimate or your job. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing texts to people who have not contacted us.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site collects standard technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you got here, and how you interact with the page. We use a few services to do this:
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site.
- Google Ads conversion tracking, to measure whether our advertising works. If you reach us through an ad, we may record that your form submission or call came from that ad.

The estimate form is built with Gravity Forms and may be protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Customer reviews shown on the site come from Google and are displayed through Trustindex. The site uses fonts served by Google Fonts.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, with the people who do the work at your home, with payment and scheduling tools we use to run the business, and when the law requires it. A+ Lighting is part of the A+ family of companies with A+ Power Washing and Roof Cleaning; we may share your contact information within that family so we can serve you.
Keeping your information
We keep customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations, including records of the lights we store for you between seasons.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so unless we need to keep it for a legal or business reason. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and you can ask us not to call you. Email or call us using the details below.
Children
This site is for adults arranging services for their homes and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
